With Fox, our first choice is to Buy your property. This, of course, will depend on the numbers we get through the Evaluation of your property. This Evaluation will give you valuable education on the direction you could take on your property regardless if we are your buyers or not.

If the numbers are favorable, our goal would be to move forward quickly with the acquisition. In the BELL Program, if we do not purchase it, we often have a possible tenant if the seller wants to Lease the property. Lastly, because of our large investment network we are able to offer a low cost, full service Listing option.

By-Owners

We have been purchasing from For Sale By Owners since 1985. We taught “How to sell By Owner” at the University.’

Investors Globally

In some markets 20-30% of homes are sold to an investor. Real estate is now a global market.

Leased

Landlords that have rental properties are often looking to sell but don’t want to list it with a Realtor.

Expired

Homes that were once on the market but did not sell have a “high return rate to the market.”

Active

Typically this is how global investors find their next property.

Pending

In some markets 10-20% of property return to the market due to financing or inspection disputes.
