As agents we all want “High Probability Buyer Leads.” We want clients that have a sense of urgency. But first we have to identify WHO is showing signs of urgency, distress, or a need to buy a property by a deadline.

WHO FITS THIS DESCRIPTION?

1. The buyer moving here based on a job transfer?
2. The divorce attorney has a continual source of “have to move leads to sell and to buy.”
3. The investor that buys for a living

Each of these sources will net a certain amount of listings, or buy opportunities. None of these sources will simply call you, you must be proactive and pursue these relationships.

WHAT IS A MATCH FOR YOU?
In our program, you can remain a SOLO agent as we equip you to succeed in any of these lead generation paths. We only accept agents that are SOLO, meaning you cannot presently be on a team.

OUR ENTRY LEVEL PROGRAM
It is either working with the Relocation buyer, the divorce buyer, or the investor buyer. If you qualify for any of these programs we will introduce buyers to you and share with you how you convert these sales into more referrals.
