If you a currently a solo agent, would like to remain a solo agent, no worries! Our goal in working with agents is to build local pipelines with agents. We have been building pipelines for a long time, and need the help of more agents. If you are interested in working with Investors, FSBOs, Expireds, or building corporate accounts, we want to work with you!

We are not currently training agents. We are looking for agents who already know their way around the MLS, and have listed or sold at least 5 properties within the last 12 months. Our goal is to hit the ground running with agent who know their way around a transaction to limit the amount of time we need to spend learning, and put our efforts into building.
