CONSISTENT WORK and CONSISTENT IMPROVEMENT
One of the greatest challenges for most contractors is “knowing where the next job will come from.” A secondary challenge is “keeping a loyal, quality-oriented / skilled crew onboard.” We often solve the first problem of finding consistent contracting opportunities by providing our VC members with 1-2 properties per month. We address the second challenge daily as we develop improvements and efficiencies in the rehab process.
The work we do each day is not just a job, but rather a part of our identity and life’s purpose.
WHAT IS THE FEE FOR THIS?
There is no financial fee to enter into our program. The price is a personal commitment to constant improvement.
VISIONARY CONTRACTOR – The Method
- We find property for our contractors that fit a specific model (generally 3-4 bed, 2-3 bath rehabs, built after 1960)
- We fund the acquisition of at least one property each month with expectations of a 33-day completion.
- We provide a clear layout of what is needed for the rehab.
- We have 90% of the raw materials delivered to the property on a key scheduled date.
- Each rehab as of this date is budgeted at $20,000 for labor.

OUR EXPANSION
We are adding 2 contractors per month in our Midwest market. Before receiving their first FOX property, we often conduct Zoom Conference Call videos and a visit to 1-2 of our current job sites. We want you to be comfortable with our vision for property rehabs, and to meet our Project Management Team. After this process, if things go as planned, it would be our goal to present you with your first Fox property to rehab.
